To help us resolve your problem, you can submit a log file in which you reproduce the issue.
To turn on error logging in AD Group Manager, add "/log" argument when launching AD Group Manager.
Do not forget to remove "/log" argument from your shortcut.
After the problem is reproduced, close the program and find the error log (ADGroupManager.log) in AppData folder, which is usually C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AlbusBit\ADGroupManager.
